See yourself?

You don’t have to be perfect.
But some things come naturally.

    Are you the Future Perfect?

    Make this
    your job.

Every day, people from all over the world walk into the Museum of the Future.

A host talking with a visitor

You’re the first person they meet —
    and the one they remember.

    1. Welcome.

Make every visitor feel expected, not processed.

    2. Listen.

Find out what they’re curious about before you start talking.

    3. Make it clear.

Turn big ideas into something anyone can hold on to.

    4. Adapt.

A child, a scientist, a first-timer — read the room and change the conversation.

Four minutes, on camera, from wherever you are.

    Good
    questions.

The future doesn’t know everything. Neither do we — but we know these.

What does a Future Perfect do?

You welcome visitors to the Museum of the Future, guide them through it and make big ideas easy to grasp. The contract title is Guest Relations Executive.

    Who can apply?

Anyone who’s curious about the world and good with people. You don’t need a museum background — we’re looking for how you think and how you talk to people.

    Can I audition online?

Yes — right here. You’ll answer one question on camera in 45 seconds, then one more we won’t warn you about. It takes about four minutes.

    Can I audition in person?

Yes. Our audition pods run the same test — same question bank, same 45 seconds, same second challenge. Find one near you.

Do I need a numbered candidate card?

No. When you submit your audition you’ll get a candidate number and your own Candidate File. Keep it — we’ll use it if we get in touch.

    What will I be asked?

A question about the world, picked at random — there’s nothing to prepare. Then a surprise follow-up that asks you to explain it differently.

    When will I hear back?

Applications close on 22 October. The shortlist is announced on 25 October and the final audition takes place on 28 October.
